The JotForm Dashboard — What You See After Login
The first thing you see after a successful login is the My Forms page. This is the central hub for everything in your account. The layout has three main areas:

Managing Forms from Your Account
Hover over any form in the list to reveal its action buttons: Edit (opens form builder),Submissions (opens inbox), Publish (get shareable link), and the three-dot menu for duplicate, move, delete, and settings options.
To organise forms into folders, click New Folder in the left sidebar, give it a name, then drag forms into it. Folders are visible only to you — they do not affect the public form URL or submission routing.
Viewing Submissions and Data
Click the inbox icon on any form (or click the form title and choose Submissions) to open the submission table. From here you can:
- Filter submissions by date range, column value, or approval status
- Export all responses to CSV, Excel, or PDF
- Print individual submission records
- Manually add a submission (useful for back-filling offline responses)
- Delete individual responses or bulk-clear old submissions
Submissions are also visible in JotForm Tables, which presents the same data in a spreadsheet-style view with additional filtering and sorting capabilities. Access it from the top navigation under Tables.
Account Settings
Click your avatar (top-right corner) and select Settings to open the Account Settings panel. The key sections are:
- Profile — update your name, email, time zone, and language preference
- Security — change your password, manage two-factor authentication, and view active sessions
- Notifications — configure which email alerts you receive (submission alerts, form views, weekly digest)
- Usage — see your current monthly submission count, storage used, and form count against your plan limits
- Integrations — view and revoke access for connected apps (Google Drive, Slack, Dropbox, etc.)
- API — view your API key for programmatic access to your forms and submissions
Upgrading or Managing Your Plan
To change your subscription, go to avatar menu > Billing. This page shows your current plan, next billing date, payment method, and invoice history. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from here. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain paid plan access until then.
