What happens if I exceed my monthly submission limit?
JotForm stops accepting new submissions to all of your forms for the remainder of the billing month once you hit the limit. Forms display an 'Over limit' message to respondents. Submissions do not queue — they are simply rejected. Upgrading your plan immediately restores submission acceptance.
Is JotForm pricing per user or per account?
